The following are the senior officers of the company:

Antonette P. de Guzman

A co-founder and Managing Director of the Company. She is principally responsible for overseeing the Company's marketing and project planning activities. Prior to forming the Company, she held senior executive positions in the Elders Finance Group in Singapore and Hong Kong, and the Private Investment Company for Asia (PICA) SA in Manila where she was involved in project finance, investment banking and credit-related transactions. She is a graduate of Maryknoll College, Manila where she earned a bachelor's degree in Economics. She is concurrently serving as the President of the Company.

Carolina S. Osteria

A co-founder and Managing Director of the Company. Prior to forming the Company, she was a senior executive at Chemical Bank where she held various positions in the areas of strategic planning, capital market operations, investment banking and corporate finance, covering the US, European and Asian markets. She obtained her MBA, Finance from Loyola College of Maryland and her BS Business Administration Degree from the University of the Philippines.

Atty. Michelle P. Tibon-Judan

The Chief Financial Officer. She heads the Accounting, Finance, Treasury, and Account Management divisions of the company. On top of being a lawyer and a certified public accountant, she is also a licensed broker who was ranked eighth in the 2011 Real Estate Brokers Board Examinations. She took her Master of Science in Finance in the University of the Philippines. She also took her Bachelor in Science in Business Administration and Accountancy from the same university where she graduated Cum Laude. 

Prior to joining ACM Homes, she was the VP - Controller of Filinvest Land. She was also the AVP for Marketing and previously, Associate for Corporate Planning and Business Development for Arms Corporation of the Philippines. She also held the Treasurer and Finance Manager positions in Squires Bingham Co., Inc. At the beginning of her career, she was a College Secretary and faculty member of the College of Business Administration of the University of the Philippines Diliman.

Bernadette N. Villarez

The Vice President for Sales. She was Vice President for Sales and Marketing of Picar Development, Inc., a member of the AMA Group of Companies. She was also a Manager for International Sales of Filinvest Land, Inc. She is a graduate of the University of the Philippines with a degree in BS Statistics.

Anna M. Mendoza-Ong

The Vice President for Marketing and Business Development. She was formerly the Marketing Manager of Globe Tattoo, part of the Globe Telecom group, and prior to that was with Accenture Philippines. Ms. Mendoza holds an MBA degree from the Asian Institute of Management and is a Bachelor of Science Major in Management graduate from the Ateneo de Manila University.

Elmer John T. Virata

Assistant Vice President for Site Operations. As the AVP for Site Operations, Mr. Virata leads the Construction Services Group. Mr. Virata has been with the Company for fifteen (15) years. He is a BS in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) graduate from the Technological Institute of the Philippines.

Cornelia P. Saldivar

The Group Comptroller and Senior Finance Manager of the Company. She supervises the Accounting, Finance, and Treasury divisions of ACM and reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer. She was previously with the Company and has re-joined us after 13 months as Senior Accountant of CBK Power Company. Prior to her stint at CBK Power, Ms. Saldivar was with the Company for three (3) years also in the Finance Group.

She is a Certified Public Accountant and brings with her extensive experience in property accounting. She is BS Commerce major in Accounting graduate from the Sacred Heart College-Lucena City.
