Land development started last August 2010 and is expected to be completed this August 2011.

Where will electricity and water come from?

Water will come from an overhead water tank with a capacity of 50,000 gallons. Electricity will be supplied by Meralco.

How do I apply for water and electricity?

For water, submit the application form to the Water Management Group inside Pacific Terraces Community. For electricity, you may apply at the office of Meralco in Bacoor. Before moving in to your new house, electricity and water will already be available.

How long does it take to construct a house?

Construction of a house takes around 12-16 weeks.

What are the available financing options and how do I pay the housing loan?

You may get a housing loan from Pag-IBIG, banks or In-house Financing. The project is accredited by Pag-IBIG Fund. We will assist you in the processing of your housing loan. Just submit to us the complete documents. You may get the list of required documents to be submitted from our Sales Executives.

In the unfortunate event that the housing loan borrower dies, how will the housing loan be paid?

All approved housing loans have Mortgage Redemption Insurance (MRI). Depending on the cause of death of the housing loan borrower, the remaining balance of the loan maybe paid by the insurance.
