Is the subdivision already constructed?

All roads, drainage and water lines have been completed in 2 parts of the subdivision. The perimeter fence is currently being completed and is expected to be finished by 2011. The basketball court and elevated water tank are done. The landscaping for the open spaces will be completed this year, and the multipurpose hall is expected to be completed this 2012.

Where will electricity and water come from?

For the water, please submit the application in the IA Watersystem Management Services. Its office is in Block 3, ACM Woodstock Homes Phase 1, Alapan 1-A, Imus, Cavite. For the electricity, one may apply in the Rosario branch of Meralco.

How long does it take to construct a house?

Construction of a house takes around 12-16 weeks.

What are the available financing options and how do I pay the housing loan?

You may get a housing loan from Pag-IBIG, banks or In-house Financing. The project is accredited by Pag-IBIG Fund. We will assist you in the processing of your housing loan. Just submit to us the complete documents. You may get the list of required documents to be submitted from our Sales Executives.

In the unfortunate event that the housing loan borrower dies, how will the housing loan be paid?

All approved housing loans have Mortgage Redemption Insurance (MRI). Depending on the cause of death of the housing loan borrower, the remaining balance of the loan maybe paid by the insurance.
