Board of Directors
Gerardo A. Borromeo is Chairman of the Board of Directors of ACM.  He is also presently Vice-Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Philippine Transmarine Carriers, Inc., Director of Amalgamated Development Corp., Director of Tolman Manufacturing Inc., Managing Director of BT Holdings, Inc., and President of Borromeo Technology Holdings, Inc.  He was also the President of Saztec Philippines, Inc.  He also serves as Board Advisor of William Shaw Foundation, Inc., Educational Counselor of Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Treasurer of International School Board of Trustees and President/Vice President of International Little League Association. He obtained his undergraduate and post-graduate degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the US.

Meldin Al G. Roy is the President and Director of ACM Homes. Concurrently, he is the Group Chief Financial Officer of PTC Holdings Corporation and its subsidiaries; President of Northern Star Energy Corporation and First Maritime Credit Corporation; Managing Director of PTC Energy Corporation and Finlay Development Corporation. He also held key executive positions in Swift Foods, Inc., Bayan Telecommunications, Inc., Philsteel Holdings Corporation, RFM Corporation and subsidiaries, the Alcantara Group of Companies, Alsons Consolidated Resources and Metro Pacific Corporation. Mr. Roy obtained his MBA and undergraduate degree from the University of the Philippines.

Zorayda Amelia C. Alonzo is a Director of ACM. She served 10 years as the Chief Executive Officer of the Home Development Mutual Fund (Pag-IBIG Fund) and is among the highly respected individuals in the housing industry. She is a Director of the Bases Conversion Development Authority (BCDA) and was the Undersecretary of the Department of Trade and Industry for SME Development and the Chairman and CEO of Small Business Guarantee and Finance Corporation. She is a recipient of the Outstanding Women in the Nation’s Service Award in 1992. Mrs. Alonzo obtained her Masters in Economics from the University of the Philippines and an Economics degree from Universidad de Madrid. She took a Core Course in Housing Finance at the Wharton School of Business in University of Pennsylvania and several of her works have been published in international publications such as the International Union of Housing Finance Institutions.

Antonette P. de Guzman is Managing Director of ACM.  She is principally responsible for overseeing ACM’s marketing, operations and project planning activities.  Prior to forming ACM, she held senior executive positions in the Elders Finance Group in Singapore and Hong Kong, and the Private Investment Company for Asia (PICA) SA in Manila where she was involved in project finance, investment banking and credit-related transactions.  She also held brand management and marketing positions in multinational firms based in Manila. She is a graduate of Maryknoll College, Manila where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics.  She is concurrently serving as the President of ACM.

Carolina S. Osteria
is Managing Director of ACM. She is principally responsible for overseeing ACM’s finance and land acquisition activities. Prior to forming ACM, she was a senior executive at Chemical Bank where she held various positions in the areas of investment banking, strategic planning, capital market operations and corporate finance, covering the US, European and Asian markets.  She obtained her MBA, Finance from Loyola College of Maryland and her BS Business Administration Degree from the University of the Philippines.

Gener T. Mendoza is co-founder and president of GNCA Holdings, Inc. For several years now, he has served as rehabilitation receiver or assignee-in insolvency for various companies. He also serves as director or trustee of a number of firms, including publicly-listed IPM Holdings. Inc. Previously, he was a principal at SyCip Gorres& Co. (1983 to 1991), vice president for corporate finance of Kuok Phil. Properties Inc. (1994 to 1996) and executive vice president of Crown Equities Inc. (1996). Mr. Mendoza earned his MBA from the Harvard Business School and his bachelor of science in management engineering (summa cum laude) from the Ateneo de Manila University.

Christina Salinas-Manzano is a Director of ACM. She also is a Director at PTC Management Corporation since February 1995 and is responsible for the development of strategic initiatives for the company. Ms. Manzano earned her AB Economics degree from Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley Massachusetts, USA.

Edgar Dominic C. Milla is a Director at ACM Landholdings, Inc. and is the Chief Operating Officer at Philippine Transmarine Carriers, Inc. (PTC). Previously he was Chief Commercial Officer at PTC, Managing Director at APL Co Pte Ltd – Philippines and Cambodia and Managing Director at Neptune Orient Lines, Ltd - Pakistan. Mr. Milla earned his MBA degree at De La Salle University and took up Advanced Logistics and Transportation Management at Northwestern University in Illinois, USA. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Sto. Tomas.

Jaime M. de Sequera is a member of the Board of Directors of ACM. He is presently Chief Commercial Officer of PTC Holdings Inc. and member of the PTCH executive committee. He previously held the positions of Senior Vice President, Factors Group of Nutritional Companies Inc. in Vancouver (Canada), Executive Vice President at Lasik Vision Corporation (Vancouver), and Director of Financial Information Services at Clearly Canadian Beverage Corporation, also in Vancouver. In the last 29 years, he has had several consulting engagements at various emerging growth businesses working toward the filing of IPO’s and secondary public offerings. He began his career in the Philippines at AP Madrigal Steamship Company and then as corporate planning analyst at San Miguel Corporation. During his time in Vancouver, he served as director of The Traditional Learning Society, a non-profit organization dedicated to educational programs for K to 12, distance learning, home schooling, and special needs education. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce from Santa Clara University (Santa Clara, California) and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Graduate School of Management at Boston University (Boston, Massachusetts).
